How do I limit the number of wireless devices connecting to my AirCard 785?

Overview:
AirCard785 can handle up to 15 wireless clients. This article will show you how to limit the number of wireless clients that can connect to its wireless network.

Symptoms:

• Want to limit the number of wireless clients that can connect to the AC785’s wireless network
  
• Want to limit the number of wireless clients per network.

Procedures:

1. Using a computer, smart phone or tablet that’s connected to your AC785, open an Internet browser.
   
2. Go to http://netgear.aircard.
   
3. The page will ask for the administrator password. By default, the password is password.
   
   
   
   
4. On the left side, click on WiFi then click on Options.
   
   
   
   
5. Scroll down and look for WiFiOptions.
   
6. Select the number of wireless clients in the Max WiFi dropdown list and click on Submit.
   
   
   
   Note: To adjust the number of wireless clients that can connect per network, just click on the left and right arrows.
